Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Absolutely. Both the Explorer and Naturalist plans come with a 14-day free trial so you can experience the full feature set before committing.
Do I need the hardware to use FeatherWatch?
Yes, FeatherWatch Intelligence requires the FeatherWatch smart feeder. The software subscription activates the AI identification, analytics, and cloud features that run on the device.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that window you can reactivate your plan and pick up right where you left off. After 90 days, stored photos and analytics are permanently deleted.
Are there discounts for schools or research institutions?
